- Anxiety Disorder (excessive thoughts that are difficult to control)

- Most side effects are minor and will disappear once the body adjusts to the medicine. However, immediately consult your doctor if the symptoms persist or become worse.

- You have an eye problem like glaucoma.
Directions for Use
- Loret Tablet must be taken as per the doctor’s prescription.
- Loret Tablet can be taken with or without food.
- Make sure to swallow the Loret Tablet as a whole and do not chew, crush or break it.
- Loret Tablet must be taken at the same time as per prescription.
- After taking Loret Tablet, if you experience unusual ringing in the ears, problem falling asleep, tingling sensations in hands and feet, suicidal thoughts or any discomfort that doesn’t go away, immediately consult your doctor or visit the nearest hospital.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Loret Tablet may adversely interact with:
- Painkillers such as Aceclofenac and Aspirin cause toxicity (poisoning) as the excretion of lorazepam decreases.
- Acetaminophen/Paracetamol cause symptoms of an overdose of paracetamol, leading to liver damage.
- Acetazolamide and other benzodiazepines (mind relaxing medicines) produce opposite effects.
Interactions with food items
- Loret Tablet may interact adversely with:
- Caffeine (a chemical present in coffee and tea)
- Grapefruit
- Grapefruit juice
