How Does It Work?
Lipicure 20mg Tab 15`S inhibits the enzyme, HMG-CoA reductase which forms cholesterol in the body. Hence, the levels of cholesterol and bad cholesterol (LDL levels) lowers in the blood. It increases the good cholesterol (HDL levels).
Directions for Use of Lipicure 20mg Tab 15`S
Always take this medicine as per the prescription of your physician. Do not alter the dose by yourself. Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated. Do not stop taking the Lipicure 20mg Tab 15`S dosage before your prescribed duration.

Interactions with other medicines
It can react with certain medications such as cholesterol lowering medicines (gemfibrozil, ezetimibe, colestipol) and other medicines such as amiodarone, verapamil, diltiazem, itraconazole, voriconazole, cyclosporine, ketoconazole, clarithromycin, erythromycin, ritonavir, lopinavir, indinavir, darunavir, fusidic acid, glecaprevir/pibrentasvir.
Interactions with food items
Grapefruit juice should be taken in limited quantity.
