Foracort Inhaler 400 is used to manage symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) like wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, etc. It is a combination of two medicines - formoterol and budesonide.
Foracort Inhaler 400 should be used as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Foracort Inhaler 400 should be used with transparent and not static spacers for better therapy.
You should rinse your mouth with water after using this medicine. Maintain good oral hygiene while on treatment with this inhaler. Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your complete medical history.

Missed a Dose
- If you have missed taking any dose of Foracort Inhaler 400, then take it as soon as you remember.
