Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of chlorphenamine and hypnotics or anxiolytics can increase the sedative effects
- Chlorphenamine inhibits phenytoin metabolism, which can lead to phenytoin toxicity
- The anticholinergic effects of chlorphenamine are increased by MAO inhibitors
Other general Interactions
- Patients with epilepsy, glaucoma and hypertension are generally not prescribed Entimin oral drops
