Dynapar Aq 75 MG/ML Description
Dynapar AQ 75 mg injection reduces pain and swelling of the muscles and joints. Dynapar AQ stands for Dynapar, which means Aqua technology. This injection contains diclofenac, a pain reliever. Diclofenac works by interfering with the production of chemicals responsible for inflammatory reactions like prostaglandin, relaxing the muscles, and blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain from the site of pain.
Voveran Aq injection also has diclofenac. Pain and inflammation are responses to injury or harm. Your body produces certain chemicals that cause the sensation of pain, swelling, and inflammation.
Dynapar AQ 75mg injection will be given to you in a hospital or clinic by a doctor or nurse as an injection. You should avoid self-injecting. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history before starting treatment with Dynapar AQ 75 mg injection.

- Dynapar AQ 75 mg injection is used to relieve extreme and serious painful conditions like kidney stones, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, gout, accidents and fractures.
- It is used to treat or prevent post-operative pain and pain after surgery in hospitals.
Contraindications of Dynapar Aq 75 MG/ML
- If you are allergic to diclofenac or other ingredients of Dynapar AQ 75 mg injection.
- If you had or have an active stomach or intestinal ulcer or bleeding problems.
- If you suffer from stomach ulcers or bleeding due to the use of painkillers
- If you suffer from brain and heart diseases like heart attack, stroke, heart failure, problems with blood circulation or circulatory disease
- If you have an active liver or kidney failure problem.
- If you are pregnant, especially in the last trimester, have a history of an asthma attack or dehydration.
- If you experience an episode of allergic reaction upon painkiller use, like asthma, skin rashes, swelling and nasal congestion.
- If you are taking medicine to stop blood clottings like Heparin or other pain killers like Ibuprofen, Celecoxib, etc.
- If you suffer from blood clotting disorder or tend to bleed easily.
- If you had surgery or an operation that has a risk of bleeding.
- Dynapar AQ 75 mg injection must not be used in children under 14 years of age.

Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of Diclofenac with medicines like water pills and other blood pressure medicines like Furosemide, Propranolol, Atenolol and Telmisartan decreases the blood pressure lowering effects and thus must be used with caution in elderly patients....
- Water pills like chlorothiazide and chlorthalidone and immunosuppressants like Tacrolimus and Cyclosporine increase the potassium level if taken along with the medicine.
- Concomitant use of anticoagulants like Warfarin and medicines to treat mental conditions like Escitalopram and Fluoxetine increases the risk of bleeding and ulcers.
- The use of antidiabetics, along with the medicine, affects the blood sugar level. The doctor may ask you to monitor your blood sugar level.
- Medicines used to modify immune response, like Methotrexate, Ciclosporin and Tacrolimus, if taken along with the medicine, cause kidney problems.
- Antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin cause fits (you have a history of fits or seizures) if taken along with the medicine.
- Diclofenac must not be used for 10-12 days after the use of Mifepristone as it reduces the effect of the medicine.
- Other medicines like Phenytoin for fits, Sulfinpyrazone and Voriconazole, Colestipol, Cholestyramine, Lithium used to treat mental conditions, and Digoxin used to treat heart failure must be used cautiously....
