Medical Description
Coffer SP tablet is a combination medicine used for short-term relief of pain, swelling and inflammation in painful joint, muscle, dental, menstrual or injury-related conditions. It contains diclofenac, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever, paracetamol, which reduces pain and fever, and serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that may help reduce swelling in inflamed tissues. Diclofenac and paracetamol reduce the effects of chemical messengers involved in pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help break down proteins associated with swollen tissue. The tablet is taken by mouth after food as prescribed and swallowed whole with water. It is intended for short-term use under medical advice.
