Mode of Action
How Does It Work?

- A natural substance called histamine released in our body is responsible for allergies, such as sneezing or runny nose. Chlorpheniramine blocks the effect of these substances and provides relief of symptoms of a common cold....
- There are specific areas in the brain (cough center), that when activated produce coughing. Dextromethorphan deactivates these areas, thus helping in relieving the coughing.
