Bro Zedex LS 0.5 expectorant is a cough and cold preparation. It contains a combination of ambroxol, guaifenesin, and levosalbutamol as active substances. Bro Zedex LS 0.5 expectorant is used in children for the treatment of wet cough due to tightening of the airways in the lungs in conditions such as bronchitis and asthma. It is also used for treating conditions associated with thick mucous, wheezing, and chest congestion. Bro Zedex LS 0.5 expectorant works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and thinning the cough which can be expelled out easily. This medicine is recommended for use in children. Do not use Bro Zedex LS 0.5 expectorant if your child has a history of allergy to any of its components. Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor about your child's complete medical history. Give this medicine to your child exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Shake well before use.
According to the advisory issued by the Union Health Ministry, cough and cold medications should not be prescribed or dispensed to children under two years of age. These medications are generally not recommended for children under five years old. For children above that age, any use should be based on careful clinical evaluation and close supervision.

Directions for Use
- Give Bro Zedex LS 0.5 expectorant to your child as directed by your doctor.
- Shake it well before use.

- Administer the syrup using the spoon.
- Do not consume it directly from the bottle.
- Do not give more than the prescribed dose.

- Keep away from children and pets.

- Symptoms of an overdose of Bro Zedex LS 0.5 expectorant include nausea, stomach upset, restlessness, dizziness, tiredness, headache, sleepiness, and diarrhoea.
