How Does It Work?
- Bilasure M tablet contains a combination of bilastine and montelukast as active ingredients.
- Montelukast blocks certain natural substances called leukotrienes which cause allergies. It reduces swelling, relaxes airways, and helps to make breathing easier.
- Bilastine blocks the action of a natural substance called histamine. Histamine is produced by the body during the event of an allergic reaction.
- The combined action of these two components present in Bilasure M tablet helps in relieving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis or hay fever.

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Bilasure M tablet works, or Bilasure M itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- Especially if you are taking medicines to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, high/abnormal cholesterol levels, blood clots, infections, diabetes, asthma, pain, oral contraceptives, steroids, immunomodulatory medicines, or medicines for the brain-related disorder.
Interactions with food items
- Grapefruit juice may decrease the effect of Bilasure M tablet.
