Arifine tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat disorders like Schizophrenia, Tourette syndrome, depression, mania, etc. These are psychiatric conditions that affect a person's ability to think, feel and behave as normal. Stabilising the symptoms of psychotic disorders like irritability, anxiety, and other behaviour patterns is among the primary uses of Arifine tablets. It can be recommended for adults and children in some conditions. The Arifine tablet has Aripiprazole as the single active ingredient. It belongs to a class of atypical antipsychotic medicines. The mode of action of Arifine tablets works by stabilising the levels of certain chemical messengers in the brain. These chemical substances help stabilise the mood and lower the overactivity of the nerve cells in the brain. The patient should take Arifine medicine in the exact dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. The doctor should be informed if the patient has a history of heart diseases, kidney and liver problems, seizures, etc. This medicine is not recommended in some conditions.   • It is contraindicated in the following cases:
  • If you have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients of Arifine Tablet
  • If you are an elderly patient who already has dementia-related psychosis, Arifine medicine can cause a severe reaction and even early death
  • If you are taking other antipsychotic medications
  • If you have any suicidal thoughts and behaviour changes; especially in children
  • If you are pregnant, planning for a pregnancy or breastfeeding
