Anzilum 0.25 mg Tablet is a benzodiazepine used to relieve anxiety. This medicine relaxes the nerves and modulates brain activity, calming the user and providing relief from panic attacks. Anzilum 0.
25 mg tablets contain Alprazolam. Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets have muscle relaxant, anxiolytic, antidepressant, anticonvulsant, and sleep-altering properties. The mode of action of Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets is by linking to Î3 aminobutyric acid-specific sites all across the central nervous system (CNS), causing an increase in the inactivation of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) on neuronal excitability. Directions for use of Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets should be strictly followed. This medicine should be taken at the same time every day to ensure a balanced dose of the medicine in the body. A common side effect of Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets is lightheadedness. This medicine can also cause dizziness and sleepiness. Depending on the individual, it may also result in weight loss or gain. Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets are contraindicated in children and adolescents under 18.
