Contraindications

- If you have breast cancer and uterine cancer.
- If you have diabetes
- If you have pre-existing liver diseases, including liver cancer
- If you take anticoagulants or have bleeding disorders.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (used for treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure) should not be used along with Andreva Sr 75 mg tablets as the combination can decrease blood pressure to very low levels.
- Oral hypoglycemic medicines (used for diabetes) like metformin should not be taken with Andreva Sr 75 mg tablets as the combination can decrease the efficacy of the oral hypoglycemic medicines.
- Oral contraceptive pills should not be prescribed with Andreva Sr 75 mg tablets as Andreva Sr 75 mg tablets decrease the efficacy of the contraceptive pills.
- Antiepileptics like Carbamazepine and phenytoin should not be used along with Andreva Sr 75 mg tablets as the efficacy of the antiepileptics decreases.
- Sedatives like triazolam can become ineffective if taken with Andreva Sr 75 mg tablets.
- Anticoagulants like warfarin can increase the chances of bleeding if taken with Andreva Sr 75 mg tablets
