Uses

Contraindications

When should one not use Loteprednol Etabonate

Do not take this medicine if:
You are allergic to this medicine or any other Corticosteroids
You have eye disease due to viruses such as herpes simplex, vaccinia and varicella
You have eye disease due to mycobacterium and fungi
You are breastfeeding

Side effects

Increased pain in the eye when exposed to bright light
Redness of eyes
Corneal defect
Eye discharge
Ocular discomfort
Dry eyes
Foreign body sensation in eyes
Burning sensation at the site of the instillation of eye drops
Rise in eye pressure

Pregnancy

Breast Feeding
