Cetrimide is an antiseptic and disinfectant first aid medicine used for cleanin
g wounds and treating minor burns, scalds, abrasions, and even seborrheic dermatitis. It is also used to cure insect bites, sunburn and pimples. Several topical creams, solutions, gels, and sprays are composed of Cetrimide, owing to its bactericidal properties. Additionally, Cetrimide is also used to sterilize surgical and medical instruments.
