Vemox 250 MG Description

Vemox Capsule is an antibiotic medicine. It contains Amoxicillin as its active ingredient. It is used to treat various bacterial infections such as infection of the lungs, airways, tonsils and throat

, skin infections and urinary tract infections. It is not effective against viral infections such as flu and the cold. Antibiotics should not be used when not required or when you are not sure if the infection is due to bacteria because this can make it ineffective for future treatment. Complete the course of antibiotics as prescribed by the doctor or it may lead to relapse or return of the infection.

If you are allergic to Amoxicillin or any other components of this medicine.
If you have a history of any allergic reactions to Penicillins or Cephalosporins.
If you have a glandular fever which is caused by the Epstein–Barr virus.

You have kidney diseases as dose adjustments are required. Individuals with kidney problems may experience fits or seizures.
You are unable to urinate or have difficulty urinating.

How Does It Work?

Vemox Capsule works by blocking the action of an enzyme responsible for cell wall formation in bacteria, thereby kills the bacteria responsible for the infection.

Directions for Use of Vemox 250 MG

Vemox Capsules should be taken as directed by the doctor.
Swallow it with a glass of water, do not cut, break or chew it.
