• If you are allergic to sotalol or any other ingredients of Sotagard tablet.
• If you have very slow heart rate or serious heart block without a pacemaker.
• If you have long QT syndrome or certain dangerous heart rhythm disorders.
• If you have severe heart failure or cardiogenic shock.
• If you have very low blood pressure not caused by arrhythmia.
• If you have severe asthma or chronic breathing problems.
• If you have severe kidney failure.
• If you have untreated adrenal gland tumour (phaeochromocytoma).
• If you have serious circulation problems in hands or feet.

Other General Warnings
