• If your child is allergic to Racecadotril and Ofloxacin or any of the other ingredients of Racigyl O Dry syrup.
• If your child has epilepsy or a seizure disorder.
• If your child has rare hereditary problems in the digestion of some sugar.

• Nausea

• Rash
• Itching

Other General Warnings

• Your child has liver or kidney disease
• Your child has loose motions for a long duration and has vomiting
• Your child has fever, blood or pus in stools
• Your child has a skin allergy
• Your child has a vision problem

• Racigyl O Dry syrup should be given with food or without food to your child as prescribed by the doctor.

• Store Racigyl O Dry syrup at room temperature in a cool and dry place.
• Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

How Does It Work?

Interactions with other medicines

• Concomitant use of Racigyl O Dry syrup with antacid medicines containing magnesium/aluminum and with supplements containing zinc or iron decrease absorption of this medicine.
• other medicines such as theophylline and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAIDs) increase chances of seizures, so should be used cautiously.
• Discuss with your doctor about any other medicine your child is taking to avoid any possible drug interactions.
