Prucros tablet is an anti-allergy medicine. Prucros is used in relieving symptoms of allergy like sneezing, runny nose, blocked or stuffy nose, red or teary eyes, etc. It contains bilastine as its ac

tive ingredient. Bilastine in Prucros acts by inhibiting the natural substance histamine responsible for allergic symptoms.
