Pronol H Tab 10'S is used to treat anxiety disorder (excessive thoughts that are difficult to control), panic disorder (sudden attacks of extreme fear), hypertension (high blood pressure), and irregu

larities in heart rhythm. The active ingredients of Pronol H Tab 10'S are alprazolam and propranolol. Alprazolam reduces brain activity to produce calmness and relaxation. Propranolol relaxes the blood vessels to decrease the raised blood pressure. Pronol H Tab 10'S has a habit-forming potential due to its alprazolam content and may cause physical dependence (inability to function without the medicine). Hence, it should not be stopped suddenly without consulting the doctor. Side effects of Pronol H Tab 10’S are disturbed sleep, lightheadedness, and tiredness. It is advised to consult a doctor before starting treatment with Pronol H Tab 10'S and get complete information on its potential side effects and benefits.
