How Does It Work?
- Ovasital F tablet contains melatonin, L-methylfolate, vitamin D3 (also called cholecalciferol) and myo-inositol (or inositol).
- Myo-Inositol (inositol): It helps in regulating your hormonal imbalance and menstrual cycle, thus helping in managing polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): It plays an essential role in protecting your bones by helping your body absorb calcium and phosphorus from food and supplements. Thus, it helps in building and keeping the bones strong. It also improves the immune system.
- Melatonin: It is a hormone in our body that regulates our sleep-wake cycle, thus helping you fall asleep.
- L-Methyl folate: It is an active form of folate and is required for the formation of DNA and other genetic material. It is also essential for the formation of red blood cells.
