Ovasital F Tablet

• If you are allergic to any of the components of Ovasital F tablet
• If you have problems related to your liver or kidneys
• If you are suffering from Hemolytic anaemia (a form of anaemia due to abnormal breakdown of RBCs)
• If you are a regular alcohol consumer
• This supplement should not be taken along with antacids

• Headache
• Nausea
• Vomiting

• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any existing medical condition like diabetes, hypertension, kidney or liver problem, etc., be sure to consult your doctor.
• You are on other medications, supplements or following any complementary or integrative health approaches.
• Do not consume Ovasital F tablet more often than that recommended by the doctor.

• Ovasital F tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
• It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results.
• You should not consume it more than that prescribed by your doctor.

• Store Ovasital F tablets in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
• Keep it away from children and pets.
• Discard any unused medicine properly, do not flush in the toilet or throw it into the drain.

How Does It Work?

• Ovasital F tablet contains melatonin, L-methylfolate, vitamin D3 (also called cholecalciferol) and myo-inositol (or inositol).
• Myo-Inositol (inositol): It helps in regulating your hormonal imbalance and menstrual cycle, thus helping in managing polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): It plays an essential role in protecting your bones by helping your body absorb calcium and phosphorus from food and supplements. Thus, it helps in building and keeping the bones strong. It also improves the immune system.
• Melatonin: It is a hormone in our body that regulates our sleep-wake cycle, thus helping you fall asleep.
• L-Methyl folate: It is an active form of folate and is required for the formation of DNA and other genetic material. It is also essential for the formation of red blood cells.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way Ovasital F tablet works or this supplement itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
