Interactions with other medicines

- Interaction with carbamazepine can affect the clearance (amount of medicine removed from plasma) of Escnx Plus tablets leading to increased drowsiness and other side effects of this medicine.
- Interaction with anticoagulants like warfarin & aspirin can increase the risk of bleeding.
- Antidepressants and opioids like morphine, codeine can cause Central nervous system depression.
Interactions with food items
- Unless your physician suggests, there is no need to avoid any particular food or drink when taking Escnx Plus tablets. Some may suggest avoiding caffeine food as they counteract this medicine's calming effect by stimulating the brain.
