Escnx Plus tablets are primarily used for the treatment of Anxiety disorder. Escnx Plus tablets belong to the therapeutic classification of antianxiety and antidepressants. Escnx Plus tablets are a c

ombination medicine. It consists of clonazepam and citalopram. Clonazepam comes under the therapeutic classification of Benzodiazepines. It helps in relieving anxiety by decreasing the brain's abnormal electrical activity. Citalopram aids in enhancing the mood. It acts by increasing the availability of serotonin in the brain. This combination of medicines helps treat anxiety disorders like panic attacks, generalised anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. Escnx Plus tablets may cause side effects like drowsiness and sleepiness, affecting your daily activities. Immediately inform your doctor if you experience any of such side effects. Do not stop taking medicine if you do not find any improvement, as it may take a few weeks to see improvement in your condition. Abrupt cessation of this medicine can cause withdrawal symptoms.
