Dicpic SD strip of 10 tablets contains a combination of two tablets, i.e., Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. This tablet is used to reduce pain and inflammation in various types of arthritis, back pa

in, minor and dental surgeries, frozen shoulder, and shoulder dislocation. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) which reduces production of molecules responsible that causes inflammation. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps in dissolving fibrin clot and other damaged tissues responsible for inflammation.

Do not use Dicpic SD tablets while breastfeeding as the medicine passes in the breast milk.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed Dicpic SD?

No, you should not drive after using Dicpic SD because this medicine causes dizziness, drowsiness, and vertigo as side effects.

Alcohol

Can I consume alcohol with Dicpic SD?

Alcohol can increase the risk of bleeding or ulcer if consumed with Dicpic SD tablets. Hence, avoid alcohol with this medicine.

Interactions with other medicines

Concomitant administration of other NSAIDs or anticoagulants can increase risk of bleeding
Concomitant use of methotrexate causes methotrexate toxicity
Concomitant use of quinolones can cause convulsions
Dicpic SD tablets may increase plasma levels of lithium and digoxin
Concomitant use of mifepristone reduces the effect of mifepristone
Dicpic SD tablets can reduce the effect of blood pressure-lowering medicines like beta-blockers and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors
Concomitant administration of potassium-sparing diuretics, ciclosporin, tacrolimus or trimethoprim can cause increased levels of potassium
Concomitant use of cardiac glycosides can cause heart failure and kidney problems
