Cypon Syrup 200ml
Medical Description
Cypon syrup is an appetite stimulant used to treat loss of appetite and weight loss. It contains cyproheptadine, tricholine, and sorbitol. The syrup works by inhibiting the action of serotonin, an appetite suppressant.
Cypon syrup increases hunger by constantly increasing energy requirements. It promotes the desire to eat in undernourished people. Other syrups with cyproheptadine and tricholine include Cyprobest Plus, Cyprodol and Cyaptin syrup.
Cypon syrup should not be used in children below one year of age. Always shake the bottle well before consuming. Inform your doctor if you are on any other medicine or have medical conditions. If you experience any other undesired effects, such as dizziness, sleepiness, dry mouth, altered coordination or confusion after consuming this medicine, and if these symptoms worsen, reach out to your doctor or visit a nearby clinic.
