Cilnep Ch tablet is a combination medication used to lower blood pressure. It contains cilnidipine and chlorthalidone as active ingredients and is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
Cilnep Ch tablet works by relaxing blood vessels, which helps to reduce blood pressure. Chlorthalidone belongs to the diuretic class of medications and can be used alone or in combination with other drugs to treat high blood pressure. This medication lowers elevated blood pressure by increasing the excretion of water and sodium from the body through urine.

Side effects of Cilnep Ch tablet may include headache, flushing, low blood pressure, nausea, and dizziness.
