Thiocolchicoside+Aceclofenac+Paracetamol is a combination medicine. It is a painkiller and used to relieve pain associated with arthritis, headache, cold, muscle spasm, menstrual pain, tooth pain etc. Thiocolchicoside+Aceclofenac+Paracetamol is available in the form of tablet. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from, before starting this medicine.
Uses
- Thiocolchicoside+Aceclofenac+Paracetamol is used for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
- It also helps in headache, toothache, colds, influenza, and menstrual cramps and painful muscle contractions
Contraindications
When should one not use Thioclochicoside+Aceclofenac+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen
- If you are allergic to aceclofenac, thiocolchicoside, paracetamol or similar medicines
- If you have problems with your heart, liver or kidney
- If you have or had stomach bleeding problems due to painkillers
- If you are suffering from any bleeding disorders or are losing blood
- If you are a pregnant woman or a breastfeeding mother
- If you are taking any other product that contains paracetamol
- If you are a woman of childbearing age and are not using contraception
- If you have a history of serious allergies like asthma, skin rashes, swelling, etc. in response to painkillers

- Do not take thiocolchicoside+aceclofenac+paracetamol for a prolonged duration
Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
- Prostaglandins are chemical substances that cause pain, swelling, and fever.
- Thiocolchicoside+Aceclofenac+Paracetamol blocks the production of these prostaglandins, thus temporarily controlling fever or pain.
- It acts on the area of the brain which is responsible for controlling temperature. Thus, it controls the fever.
