Bosentan is a medicine used for treating high blood pressure in the lungs (know
n as pulmonary arterial hypertension).
Uses of Bosentan
It is used to treat ulcers on fingers and toes, patient with a skin disease called scleroderma.

- If you have moderate to severe liver disease
- If you are taking Ciclosporin A medicine

How Does It Work?
It decreases both pulmonary and systemic vascular resistance and causes blood vessels to expand, which results in increased cardiac output without increasing heart rate.
