Zolpinite 10 mg tablet is a prescription medicine given to a person who has insomnia. Insomnia refers to the inability to sleep. Zolpinite 10 mg tablet has Zolpidem as the main ingredient. Zolpidem i

s a sedative-hypnotic. It reduces the sleep onset time and improves the quality of sleep by slowing the brain's activity. Zolpinite has various side effects like drowsiness, tiredness, dizziness, lightheadedness, difficulty maintaining balance, nausea, constipation and diarrhoea. Zolpinite is taken according to the doctor’s recommended dose and schedule. It is usually given for a shorter duration. The tablet should be taken when the patient has sufficient time to sleep, at least 7 hours. Stopping the medicine abruptly can lead to withdrawal symptoms. Directions for Use

  • Take Zolpinite tablet as per doctor’s recommendation. It is generally prescribed for a shorter duration, around 7-14 days.
  • Take Zolpinite tablets with or without food. It should not be taken with a high-fat diet as it can decrease the absorption of Zolpinite, therefore decreasing its efficacy.
  • Take Zolpinite tablets as per the proper routine and timings of taking medicine. It is usually taken half an hour before sleeping time.
  • Usually, a 10 mg dose is recommended in men and 5 mg in women.
  • Do not take a Zolpinite tablet without consulting the doctor.
  • Consume the medicine orally with water. Zolpinite tablets should not be manipulated in any way by either crushing or breaking them.
  • Avoid the consumption of alcohol and caffeinated beverages while taking Zolpinite tablets.
