Para-amino salicylic acid, colchicine, biguanides, neomycin, cholestyramine, potassium chloride, methyldopa, and cimetidine may impair the absorption of the contents of Wintin tablets
Chloramphenicol-treated patients may have a poor response to Wintin tablets.
Oral contraceptives may lower Wintin tablet levels in the blood. These interactions aren't likely to have any clinical implications.
Concomitant use of opioids or other CNS depressants may cause respiratory depression, sedation, or death
Concomitant use of antacids like magnesium and aluminium can reduce total concentration of gabapentin in blood
