Description
Ection tablet is primarily used to treat Anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorder is characterised by excessive, unrealistic worry and fear that can interfere with daily activities. Ection tablet belongs t
o the therapeutic classification of antianxiety and antidepressants. Ection tablets are composed of Clonazepam and Citalopram. Clonazepam is Benzodiazepine that helps relieve anxiety by decreasing the abnormal electrical activity in the brain. Whereas citalopram is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that aids in enhancing the mood by the reuptake of serotonin. This combination of two medicines helps treat anxiety disorders like panic attacks, generalised anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. Ection tablet dosage and duration will be decided by your health care professional depending on your condition. Don’t self medicate as it can lead to harmful side effects. Dosage will be reviewed and adjusted by your doctor along the course of the treatment. This medicine has habit-forming potential. Careful monitoring is required in such conditions. Ection tablets may cause side effects like drowsiness and sleepiness that affect your daily activities. Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any of such side effects. - Interaction with anticoagulants like warfarin, aspirin can increase the risk of bleeding.
- Interaction with other antidepressants and opioids like codeine can cause Central nervous system depression.

- Avoid foods containing caffeine as they counteract this medicine's calming impact by stimulating the brain.
