Uses
- Anxiety disorder with or without agoraphobia (fear of places or situation that may cause panic)
- Depression.
Contraindications
- If you’ve an allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients used in the medicine.
- Respiratory problems (Severe respiratory Insufficiency)
- Sleep apnoea syndrome
- Unstable epilepsy
- Congenital long QT syndrome
- Acute angle-closure glaucoma (optic eye issue)

Directions for Use
- Take Ection Tablet exactly as advised by your doctor.
- Swallow the tablet as a whole with water.
- Do not crush or chew the tablet.
- It can be taken with food.
- Continue to take medicine as long as your doctor recommends.
- The dose should be taken at a particular time in a day. It helps maintain the constant level of medicine in your body and achieve the desired clinical effect.

- Avoid taking the Ection tab more than the prescribed dosage. Symptoms of overdosage of this medicine are drowsiness, shortness of breath, tremor, and visual disturbances. Seek emergency medical treatment and contact your doctor immediately.

Interactions with other medicines
- Interaction with carbamazepine can affect the clearance (amount of medicine removed from plasma) of the Ection tab.
- Interaction with anticoagulants like warfarin, aspirin can increase the risk of bleeding.
- Interaction with other antidepressants and opioids like codeine can cause Central nervous system depression.
Interactions with food items
- Avoid foods containing caffeine as they counteract this medicine's calming impact by stimulating the brain.
