Muco Move Oscillating Positive Expiratory Pressure Device is an airway-clearance device used while breathing out. It combines resistance during exhalation with airflow vibrations, which may help move mucus from the airway walls. After several full breaths out through the device, huffing and coughing may help clear mucus.

Breathe out fully through the device several times against its resistance. After these breaths, huff and cough to help clear mucus. Use the device only in the way advised for your airway-clearance routine.

• Do not use with an untreated pneumothorax, which is a collapsed lung.
• Avoid use if pressure inside the skull is above 20 mm Hg or if you are coughing up blood.
• Do not use after recent injury or surgery involving the skull, face, mouth or oesophagus.
• Avoid use during an acute asthma attack or sudden worsening of COPD when the extra effort of breathing cannot be tolerated.
• Do not use with acute sinusitis, a nosebleed, a ruptured eardrum, or a known or suspected inner-ear problem.
• Do not use when nausea is present.
