ore. It works by blocking the chemical substance responsible for the pain and inflammation. Zott P tablet should not be used for children below 18 years of age. Inform your doctor, if you have any medical condition and are on any medication. You may experience stomach upset, diarrhoea, rash, stomach ache while on this medicine. Contraindications of Zott P Strip Of 10 Tablets
- If you are allergic to Zaltoprofen, Paracetamol or any other component of Zott P tablet.
- If you have an active or history of peptic ulcer, stomach or intestinal bleeding due to excessive use of painkiller.
- If you have severe blood disorder or abnormalities.
- If you have severe liver, kidney and heart disease.
- If you have ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease.
- If you had experience asthma, swelling or any other reaction after taking Zott P tablet.

Mode of Action of Zott P Strip Of 10 Tablets
How Does It Work?
- Zaltoprofen and paracetamol act by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are responsible for causing pain, swelling and inflammation thus offering anti-inflammatory properties.
- However, Zaltoprofen is a selective COX-2 inhibitor and also acts by inhibiting the action of bradykinin receptor present at the nerve endings, whereas paracetamol is a non-selective inhibitor.

Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of quinolone antibacterials such as ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin with Zott P tablet may trigger fits, hence should be used cautiously.
- Concomitant use of blood thinners such as warfarin, dicoumarin, antidiabetics such as glimepiride, glipizide, antianxiety medicine such as lithium and immunosuppressive medicine such as methotrexate effects may get intensified with Zott P tablet and hence should be used cautiously....
- Concomitant use of metoclopramide (acidity), domperidone (anti-emetic) and cholestyramine (lipid-lowering medicine) may alter the effect of Zott P tablet. Hence, should be taken at a different time interval....
- Discuss with your doctor about any other medicine, herbal preparation and supplements you are taking currently to avoid any possible drug interactions.
