Uses
- Uses of Pari 10 Mg tablet are:
- Major depression
- Obsessive compulsive disorders
- Panic disorders
Contraindications
- Allergy
- Don't take it if you are allergic to Pari 10 MG Tablet.
- Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO)
- They are also a type of antidepressant medication. Because of the increased risk of severe adverse effects, Pari 10 MG Tablet is not suggested for usage if you have taken MAOIs within the last 14 days.
- Pimozide
- Pimozide is a psychiatric medication (a medicine used to treat mental health illness). Due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects, Pari 10 MG Tablet is not suggested for usage if you are taking Pimozide.

- Talk to your doctor if:
- You have suicidal thoughts induced by the Pari 10 MG Tablet. If you notice any changes in your behaviour or have suicidal thoughts while taking this medication, please contact your doctor right away.
- You experience abnormal bleeding. Pari 10 MG Tablet may cause unusual bleeding and bruises.
- You have bone fractures or low bone mineral density, Pari 10 MG Tablet.
- You have hyponatraemia. In some situations, Pari 10 MG Tablet might cause hyponatremia(salt content in your body is abnormally low). This danger is particularly significant in the elderly and those who are volume-depleted (have less fluid in their bodies) or taking diuretics (medication to eliminate the excess amount of salt and water from the body). While you're on this medication, your doctor may frequently check your blood pressure and sodium levels.
- You have sexual dysfunction, such as diminished sexual desire, delayed ejaculation, erectile dysfunction (inability to get and maintain an adequate erection for sexual intercourse), and so on.
Directions for Use
- Tablets must be consumed with or without food once daily in the morning or evening.
- The tablet must be taken as prescribed.
- Take the tablet at the same time daily.
- Follow directions on the prescription label carefully. Contact your doctor if you do not understand any of the written directions.
- Your doctor might gradually increase your dose. Keep them updated on how you feel during the Pari 10mg tablet treatment.
- Do not stop taking Pari 10mg Tablet without consulting your doctor.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Drugs that Interfere with Hemostasis (e.g., NSAIDs, Aspirin, and Warfarin)
- Altered anticoagulant effects, including increased bleeding, have been reported when SSRIs are co-administered with NSAIDs, aspirin, and warfarin or other drugs that affect coagulation. There may be a pharmacodynamics interaction between paroxetine and warfarin that causes an increased bleeding diathesis despite unaltered prothrombin time.
- Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs)-Serious adverse reactions such as serotonin syndrome have been reported in patients receiving a concomitant SSRI and MAOIs
- Phenobarbital: when co-administered with Pari 10mg Tablet can decrease the blood sodium levels
- Fosamprenavir/Ritonavir: reduces the action of Pari 10mg Tablet
- Cimetidine: will increase the level or effect of paroxetine
- Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCA) (e.g., Desipramine): blood levels of Tricyclic Antidepressants are increased leading to Tricyclic Antidepressants toxicity if co-administered with Pari 10mg Tablet

- Take with or without food. Food does not significantly affect absorption.
