Medical Description
Disprin 325 tablet is a pain relief medicine. It is used to treat various types of pain, including toothache, headache, sore throat, muscle pain, menstrual cramps, and migraine. It also helps to reduce fever and inflammation.
Disprin works quickly because it's soluble. It dissolves in water, making it easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste. Being soluble, Disprin is absorbed rapidly, providing quick and effective relief from pain, headaches, migraines, rheumatic and arthritic pain, toothaches, cold and flu symptoms, sore throats, and inflammation related to back and muscular pain, as well as strains and sprains.
This tablet contains aspirin, also known as acetylsalicylic acid. It belongs to the class of medicines called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs or NSAIDs. Disprin works by blocking the release of chemicals responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
Do not take Disprin 325 tablet during the last three months of pregnancy unless advised by a doctor. Aspirin taken near the time of delivery may cause bleeding problems for both mother and baby. Do not give to children under 16 years unless on medical advice.
Avoid using Disprin 325 tablet if you have any allergy, gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, nasal polyps, liver, kidney or heart failure, or if you are using NSAIDs, salicylates or corticosteroids. Discontinue before surgery. Use cautiously if breastfeeding.
