Contiflo Od F Strip Of 10 Tablets Description

Contiflo od f tab is a combination of Tamsulosin and Finasteride, which are urinary bladder relaxant medications. It is used to treat enlargement of the prostate gland. In men, benign prostatic hyper

plasia (enlarged prostate gland) is a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland caused by an excess of dihydrotestosterone. Urinary issues, such as difficulties passing urine and frequent urination, might develop as the gland grows larger. Contiflo od f tab aids in the alleviation of these symptoms. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the treatment. Do not stop the medications abruptly without consulting the doctor. If you observe any severe side effects, inform the doctor immediately. Store the tablet in a cool and dry place away from moisture.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

^

Q: Why do Contiflo od f tabs make me dizzy?

A: Yes. Contiflo od f tabs dilate blood arteries, causing blood to accumulate in the extremities (ends of the arms and limbs). This prevents normal blood flow to the brain, causing blood pressure to drop. Thus dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, spinning sensations, and vertigo may occur.

Q: Why should I stop taking Contiflo od f tabs before surgery for cataracts?

A: During cataract surgery, Contiflo od f tabs can produce floppy eye syndrome, in which the iris muscles become floppy, and the pupil constricts suddenly. As a result, when an eye surgeon requires a dilated pupil, it will constrict and narrow the operative field. This will potentially affect surgical outcomes.

Q: How does Contiflo od f tabs affect my sexual health?

A: Sexual problems (such as decreased sexual interest/ability/libido, ejaculation issues, decreased sperm/semen amount), testis pain/swelling, increased breast size, or breast discomfort can occur. Sexual problems in men can persist even after they stop taking Contiflo od f tabs. If any of these adverse effects persist, contact your doctor right once.
