Wellness Surgical Crepe Bandage 15 cm x 4 m is a cotton bandage designed to provide firm support and controlled compression. Its elastic weave conforms to body contours for a snug fit during movement. The soft, breathable material is washable and reusable.

Clean and dry the affected area. Start wrapping from below the injured area or from the narrower part of the limb, then move upwards. Overlap each layer by about half of the previous layer. For the ankle or knee, use a figure-of-eight wrap. Keep the bandage firm and snug, but not overly tight. Secure the end with the clips provided.

To wash, use lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently squeeze out excess water and air dry without stretching. Do not iron.
