• Keep the teat inside the cap.
• Then, the cap and teat should be attached to the bottle.
• Fasten the cap securely.
• Cover the teat with the hood.
• Leave them to be sterilised for five minutes in hot water. Microwave and chemical sterilisation are also possible.
