• Clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
• Place the mask over your nose, mouth and chin.
• Position the elastic bands behind your ears and rest the metallic strap against the bridge of your nose.
• Breathe in and out to check for air leaks. Ensure air comes only through the valve or filter.
• Avoid touching the mask while wearing it. If you do, clean your hands.
• To remove it, take it off from behind without touching the front, then clean your hands.
