Swamala Powder is a sugar-free oral powder inspired by a classical Chyavanprash formulation. In traditional Ayurvedic use, it may support general wellness, energy and vitality across seasons. It combines fresh Amla pulp, herbs, honey, pure cow's ghee, bhasmas and saffron.

Adults: Take 1 tablespoonful (15 g) twice a day, in the morning and evening, on an empty stomach or according to appetite (Agnibala).

Children aged 12 years and above: Take 1 teaspoonful (5 g) once or twice a day, in the morning and evening, or according to appetite (Agnibala), or as directed by a doctor.

Each 10 g contains:

• Suvarna bhasma 1 mg, Rajata bhasma 1 mg, Abhraka bhasma 5 mg, Kantaloha bhasma 10 mg, Pravala pishti 10 mg and Poornachandrodaya Makardhwaja 14 mg.
• Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) fresh fruit pulp solids 5.799 g, Goghruta 1.265 g, Madhu 0.316 g and Pippali (Piper longum) powder 0.127 g.
• Tvak, Tvakpatra, Ela and Nagakeshara, each 0.016 g.
• Extracts of Bilva, Gambhari, Patala, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Shalaparni, Prushniparni, Bruhati, Kantakari, Gokshura, Pippali, Karkatashrungi, Draksha, Guduchi, Haritak, Vidarikanda, Jeevanti, Karchoora, Tamalaki, Musta, Pushkara, Mudgaparni, Mashaparni, Punarnava, Kamala, Varahl, Ashvagandha, Meshashrungi, Vasa, Shatavari and Chandana, each 0.021 g.
• Kharjoor dried fruit pulp 4.305 g and Kumkum 5 mg.
• Potassium sorbate as a preservative.
