SBL Bio-Combination No. 10 Unflavoured Tablets are a homoeopathic combination traditionally used to support the management of enlarged, inflamed tonsils and related throat discomfort. The formula contains Calcarea Phosphorica, Ferrum Phosphoricum, and Kali Muriaticum in 3x HPI potency.

Adults should take four tablets 3 to 4 times a day. Children should take half the adult dose. The product may also be taken as prescribed by a doctor. Keep at least half an hour between taking the tablets and food, drinks, or other medicines.

Some people may experience mild digestive upset.
