Lupin Fibopeg Unflavoured Granules contain ispaghula husk, a type of dietary fibre. When mixed with liquid, it absorbs water and may help soften stools, making them easier to pass.

• Mix the granules in a full glass of water or other liquid.
• Stir well and drink immediately.
• It may be taken with or without food. Follow your doctor's advice on dose and timing.
• Do not touch the granules with wet hands.
