Dr Willmar Schwabe Klimaktolan is an unflavoured homeopathic tablet with a non-hormonal formulation. It may support women experiencing mild symptoms during the menopausal transition, including hot flashes, excess sweating, sleep disruption and mood changes. It contains Cimicifuga racemosa, Sepia officinalis, Lachesis mutus, Ignatia amara and Sanguinaria canadensis.
