Dr. Willmar Schwabe Bio-Combination 12 (BC 12) is a homeopathic formulation traditionally used to support the management of headache discomfort. Each tablet combines equal amounts of Ferrum phosphoricum 3X, Kali phosphoricum 3X, Magnesia phosphorica 3X and Natrum muriaticum 3X.

Adults may take 4 tablets at a time, four times a day, at intervals of three hours. Children may take 2 tablets at a time, four times a day. Continue until symptoms improve or use as prescribed by a doctor. If a dose is missed, do not take a double dose.
