Baksons B7 Climacteric Drops are hormone-free homeopathic oral drops traditionally used during menopause. They may help with hot flushes, sweating, weakness, headaches and irregular menstruation associated with menopause.

Dilute 10 to 15 drops in water and take 3 to 6 times a day. Once improvement starts, reduce the dosage to 3 times daily.
