Saina Tablets

Saina Tablet is an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine traditionally used for common cold symptoms and sinusitis. It contains Tribhuvan Kirti Ras, Maha Sudarshan extract and Amrita extract, and is processed with Tulasi, Vasa, Yasti and Kantakari.

Take one tablet twice a day for three months, or follow the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Use only under medical supervision.

Recommended foods include old rice, wheat, mung, masur, kulattha, brinjal, radish, snake gourd, drumstick, ginger, pippali, clove, onion and cardamom. Hot water is also recommended.

Avoid non-vegetarian food, new grains, black gram, cucumber, cold water, alcoholic drinks, curd and cold drinks. Avoid sleeping in an air-conditioned room or on the floor under a fan, taking a head bath, suppressing coughing or sneezing, and crowded or dusty places.
