Medical Description
Tramasure plus medicine is taken to relieve pain. It belongs to the category of non-opioid analgesics and antipyretics. It contains acetaminophen/paracetamol 325 mg and tramadol 37.5mg. It is mainly used in conditions of joint pains, muscle pain, back pain, etc. It can also be used for extreme cases of menstrual cramps or toothache.
The dosage and the duration of this medicine depend upon the extent and severity of the disease. In osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis cases, the doses might be higher than those used for the other kinds of pain. It should be used until the doctor stops the prescription. It can be taken with or without food. But it is advised to take this at a fixed time- every day.
However, Tramasure has specific side effects- nausea, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, etc. if these symptoms cause you more pain and discomfort, you should consult your doctor.

How Does It Work?
Tramasure plus is a combination medicine containing acetaminophen, also called paracetamol and tramadol. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic (it fights off fever). The brain receives and sends out chemical messengers that allow us to feel pain whenever we suffer from an internal or external injury.
Paracetamol works by blocking these messengers; hence we do not perceive the pain. The chemical messengers are called COX enzymes (cyclooxygenase). They are of two types- COX-1 and COX-2.
On the other hand, Tramadol takes care of the pain that transcends into the downward pathways. The analgesic effect of tramadol is based on its quantity in Tramasure medicine. The two components are bound together, i.e., the parent and M-1 metabolite to the μ-opioid receptor....
