Relidep 10 MG Description

Relidep 10mg Tablet contains Amitriptyline, which belongs to a class of medicines called tricyclic antidepressants. Tricyclic antidepressants are used in treating depression, obsessive-compulsive dis

order, neuropathic pain, chronic tension headache prophylaxis, migraine prophylaxis in adults. It is also used to manage bed-wetting in children aged six and older, if organic causes are present such as spina bifida (A birth defect that results from improper development of the spine and spinal cord) or related disorders. Relidep 10mg Tablet increases the level of chemical substances (norepinephrine, serotonin) in the brain, improves mood, blocks the transmission of pain signals and reduces nerve pain. Side effects of Relidep 10mg Tablet include sleepiness, drowsiness, headache, irregular heartbeat, dry mouth, constipation, nausea, weight gain, slurred or slow speaking, and congested nose. Most of these side effects disappear over time when the body becomes used to the medicine. However, if side effects persist or worsen, speak to your doctor. It is recommended that you take the Relidep 10mg Tablet for as long as your physician has prescribed it for you, based on your medical situation and response to treatment.
