- The tablet should be swallowed orally and not meant to be chewed or crushed.
- It is recommended to take a Relidep 10mg Tablet after meals. Ideally, one hour after a meal, with a full glass of water.

- Antidepressants - phenelzine, iproniazid, isocarboxazid, nialamide, imipramine, and desipramine and tranylcypromine
- Painkillers - tramadol, trazodone, hydrocodone, oxycodone, acetaminophen
- Antihistamine - diphenhydramine, cetirizine
- Sedatives - zolpidem
- Muscle relaxant - cyclobenzaprine
- Anticonvulsant - gabapentin, lamotrigine, escitalopram, pregabalin, topiramate
- Anti-thyroid - levothyroxine
- Anti-anxiety - alprazolam
