Product Summary
Uses of Photoban 0 MG
Photoban 30 gel is a sunscreen used for protection against damage from the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
Ingredients and Benefits of Photoban 0 MG
- Photoban 30 gel contains a combination of octinoxate, octocrylene, zinc, avobenzone, and oxybenzone as active substances.
- Octinoxate is a photoprotective agent (chemical sunscreen) that absorbs UV-B and UV-A rays of sunlight and prevents damage to skin cells after sunlight exposure. It also prevents photo pigmentation.
- Octocrylene is a skin moisturizer. Additionally, it acts as a sun filter by absorbing UVB rays that are responsible for skin tanning, sunburn, and skin cancer. Octocrylene reduces skin damage from exposure to long periods of sunlight and protects against premature skin aging. It also allows sunscreen products to be waterproof. ...
- Zinc is a mineral blocker that blocks UVA and UVB sun rays. It creates a temporary barrier that deflects the skin damaging UV rays.
- Avobenzone is a wide-spectrum sunscreen agent that provides protection against UVA I, UVA II, and UVB sun rays. It lessens the exposure of the skin to the sun and also helps in reducing long-term damage from sun exposure. As it absorbs the sun rays, avobenzone transforms them into energy that is less harmful to the skin....
- Oxybenzone is a UV-A and UV-B ray blocker. It does not allow the UV-A and UV-B rays to reach the skin.
