Interactions with other medicines
Use P 500 tablet with caution if you are taking any blood-thinning medicines like warfarin as P 500 may increase the blood-thinning effect of this medicine and increase the risk of bleeding.
P 500 tablets should be taken with a minimum gap of 2 hours after taking Cholesterol-lowering medicines like cholestyramine as this medicine may interfere with the working of painkillers.
Concomitant use of medicines used to treat excessive stomach acid (Antacids) along with P 500 tablets should be avoided as it may interfere with the working of this medicine.
