Medical Description
Mirago 25 tablet ER is effective in treating an overactive bladder (symptoms include sudden and uncontrolled need to urinate). It contains mirabegron as its active ingredient. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in correct doses and for the exact duration as prescribed. You can have it with or without food. Do not stop taking this medicine unless you are asked to do so by the doctor. Before using Mirago 25, inform the doctor about your detailed medical history.

Interactions with other medicines
- Sometimes Mirago 25 tablet ER may affect the way other medicines work, and other medicines may affect how Mirago 25 works, if taken at the same time. You should always tell the doctor if you are taking any other medicines, herbal preparation and supplements to avoid any interaction.
- Especially if you are taking medicines for a brain-related disorder such as imipramine, desipramine etc.
- Other medicines that should be used with caution are heart medicines like digoxin and dabigatran etexilate (to prevent a blood clot in heart). Simultaneous use of these medicines may require dose adjustment of Mirago 25 tablet.
