Uses
- Lomotil tablet reduces the contraction and expansion of muscles in the intestine, thereby slowing down the movement of stool from the gut.
Contraindications
- Do not take Lomotil tablets or take with caution:
- If you are allergic to any ingredient of Lomotil tablet.
- If you consume alcohol regularly.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If you have kidney disease (because of decreased metabolism).
- If you have liver disease.
- If you have a respiratory disease.
